We recently got invited to the launch of the beautiful Bennet Street Complex in Green Point - a super-venue ideal for basically any and all events.
Situated in the trendy heart of Green Point,
Bennett Street Complex is an events venue like no other. Comprised of the Bennett Street function room, simply known as
“Funktion” (named after its Funktion 1 sound system), Gold Restaurant as well as
Trinity, the music brand. All entities of the complex operate independently yet
complementally and offer a variety of experiences, from the cultural hub of the
African restaurant, to the multi-level configuration of Bennett Street.
The space can really be tailored from the grandest to the most intimate event. From fashion shows, corporate launches, end-of-year functions, film
industry shoots to smaller functions such as brand activations and
product launches. The unique complex is also easily accessible from the City Centre and is located
close to some of its most iconic features such as, the V & A Waterfront and
Cape Town Stadium.
Sales and Events Manager Rob Scrooby explains what is unique about their beautiful venue, “Here, everything is already set up, there is no need to bring in anything.” They have everything you need to work with for basically any event. The spacious function room is equipped with a
state-of-the-art sound system, screens and a very well-stocked
bar and the Gold Restaurant can do delicious catering for your function.
The venue is home to the gorgeous Gold
Restaurant. Having recently moved here, this diamond promises to take you on a ‘taste safari’ from Cape Malay cuisine to
all over Africa with its 14-course set menu.
It is truly a place that offers that specific personal touch that really sets Bennett Street apart. The team are all very hands-on and will assist you with basically anything and everything you can possibly think of for your event.
The management also promises that nothing is too big or too impossible for them to cater for. The sky really is the limit with Benner Street Complex!
