SEETHER SA TOUR!
After months of excitement and anticipation, Breakout Management,
DStv and the Tonight are very excited to welcome SEETHER back to SA as
they kick-off their 3-date tour this week.
Seether will be heading to Cape Town first for their Kirstenbosch event on 22 November, thereafter to Durban to perform at Chris Saunders Park on 23 November and then finishing off the tour in Johannesburg, headlining Parklife Festival at Marks Park, in Emmarentia, on 24 November.
The 2nd Parklife Festival is set for an incredible day of Music, Food, Markets and Summer fun. There will be TWO main stages,
excellent catering and refreshment options available to Festival-goers,
as well as merchants selling various goods to create a “market” feel.
The archery range at Marks Park will be made into a Food Village with a
dining area and the 3rd Stage being a BOS Ice Tea
music stage, to provide festival-goers with an alternative music and
dining option in a quieter part of the venue. In addition, Stage 4 will
be the Electro Stage with a DJ line-up to provide an electro-music area for those who are looking for more of a dance vibe during the day.
"We
are really excited to present our second Parklife, a unique urban event
that is a full bodied entertainment option. On the music front we have
an exceptional mix of the best local bands, headliners and some exciting
newcomers, that we are really proud to have play at our event. In the
food village we have everything from, Gourmet, Organic, homemade to raw
foods - Great music, good food and a fun day out.
Building on our first event, comparisons
to similar events internationally plus a desire to present something
truly amazing have led to what we believe can only be described as
Parklife – don’t waste a day, get out this summer, and have fun," comments Damon Forbes, head of Breakout Management.
