Half way through summer I couldn’t wait for fall to arrive, but now it's officially fall and I already miss summer. Let's say goodbye to summer with one last trip to the French Riviera. On a random weekend, I decided to take a road trip to Santa Cruz for the day. Weather.com said 76 degrees and sunny, well that was a lie because it was 66 degrees and cloudy. Luckily there was no wind so at least it was comfortable and I made the best of it.

I would be at the beach every single day if it weren't for the fact that I live in valley. There's nothing more relaxing than laying on the beach and taking a nice swim in the waves. Whenever I hit the beach, it is all about bright colors and relaxed gear.

Well, I recently had to submit a video as part of modeling gig. They needed to see me decorating a cake, so I took the opportunity to have some fun and make it a little more interesting than just an awkward video of me just putting frosting on a cake.

Another Spring day, another stint of rain; it's like living in Seattle. It's ok though, I am one of those people that embrace the occasional spring and summer showers.

Other than the start of The Master's, I look forward to the Spring blooms of April. One of the hottest pattern trends for this Spring and Summer is floral, so here is my ode to floral.

::Big Bro::

My little bro and I recently celebrated our one year anniversary with the Big Brother/Big Sister program. To celebrate, I wanted to do something fun, but still have it educational.

He had never been to an art museum, so off to The Crocker we went. He's still pretty young, so he enjoyed the art more than the description or history behind it.

My little bro recently got a cell phone, so he was snapping pics of everything. I'm trying to capture all of our activities and all his new experiences, so I took the opportunity to snap as many pics as I could.

I always think about how young he is, but then he'll say something like, "I like your man satchel," and I'll be taken back of how much he knows. He gave me a hard time about it, but it was all in good fun.

It was funny how much he got into taking pics. He even started posing and figuring out cool places to take pics.

Like art, fashion comes best when it's organic. When putting an outfit together, too much planning is like not knowing when you're done seasoning a dish or when you've laid down your last brush stroke.

Start with a piece you like and then just grab random items to layer on top of it. I wanted to rock the polka dot sweater, but had no clue what to pair it with.
